Practice Information

Our friendly practice team want you to feel as relaxed as possible before and during your visit and we strive to make the whole experience as stress free as possible, even for the most nervous of patients.

Appointments

We understand our patients lead busy lives and it is easy to forget a dental appointment.  However it is the responsibility of the patient to note down date and turn up at the correct time. Multiple missing of appointments can lead to being barred from future appointments.

Accessibility

We have a wheel chair access to practice. If you require assistance please inform the member of staff at the time of booking your appointment so they can arrange for any assistance, if needed.

Domiciliary

We offer home visits for our patients. Please speak to our reception team to find out about the procedure and charges.

Confidentiality

All personal information is held in the strictest confidence in compliance with Data Protection legislation, and only authorised members of staff have access to patient information. We have a confidentiality policy available and to see a copy of this please ask a member of staff.

Complaints

We hope that you are entirely satisfied with the care you receive from us and you would be happy to recommend us to others. However, if you are not happy with any aspect of your dental visit please feel free to speak to us via visit, call or write to Dr. Hamid Ghods at 238 Roehampton Lane, London, SW15 4LE. All of the correspondence remains confidential.
